With a passion for user centred design and an interest in transforming learning to better suit learners needs, Jenny heads up the corporate functions training and learning experience design for the BBC Academy. Jenny's passionate about driving blended first approach to enable learning in the flow of work across the BBC. A key focus of Jenny's role is working to transform the way learning is delivered at the BBC to aid a shift in the culture of learning. Prior to a career in L&D, Jenny has worked in senior marketing, communications and product innovation roles. This wealth of experience created the foundations for shaping how Jenny works within the L&D sector: taking the principles of agile, audience understanding, user centred & intuitive design and effective communication campaigns to create brilliant learning experiences.
